At OVLA (a brand by AAN FABRICS), we strive to ensure a smooth and satisfying shopping experience for our customers. Please read our Cancellation, Return, and Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Order Cancellation Policy

• Cancellation Before Shipping: If you wish to cancel your order, you can do so before it is dispatched from our warehouse.

• After Dispatch: Once the product has been shipped, the order cannot be cancelled through our website.

2. Return & Refund Guidelines

• Standard Return Window: Returns and exchanges are applicable only to select eligible products. For most eligible items, you can raise a return request within 3 days from the date of delivery. (Detailed return eligibility is specified on each product page).

• Shipping Fee Deduction: In the event of a return, the original shipping charges incurred during order placement will be deducted from your total order amount before issuing the final refund.

• 24-Hour Fast Refund: Your refund will be processed within 24 hours after the returned parcel safely reaches our warehouse and successfully passes our Quality Check (QC).

• Self-Shipping Requirement: In case reverse pick-up service is unavailable at your pincode/location, you will be required to self-ship the product back to our official manufacturing address:

• Policy Adjustments: Return and exchange eligibility for any product is subject to update/change without prior notice.

3. Non-Returnable Items & Promotional Sales

Orders placed under the following promotional offers and discount sales are strictly Non-Returnable and Non-Exchangeable:

• End of Season Sale / Mega Sale events

• Buy 1 Get 1 Free (BOGO) offers

• Buy 1 Get 1 Random Nighty (1 Pcs Extra Offer)

⚠️ Special Exception: If you receive a product with a major manufacturing defect or a wrong item altogether, please contact our Customer Care Support immediately with proof (unboxing video/photos). Upon approval, your return will be accepted free of cost, and a full refund will be processed.

4. Mandatory Return Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for a successful return or exchange, all items must meet the following strictly enforced conditions:

• Hygiene Standards: For hygiene reasons, all apparel must be completely unused, unwashed, unstained, and free of any foreign fragrance/perfume.

• Original Tags & Packaging: The garment must be returned with its original packaging, brand tags, and labels fully intact. Items returned without original tags will be automatically rejected.

• Customized Products: Any tailored, altered, or customized items cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances.

• Timeframe Strictness: Return or exchange requests raised after the 3-day window will not be accepted.
